Wedding and Civil Partnership Ceremonies led by a Professional Independent Celebrant are the ideal choice for you to share and celebrate your wedding ceremony in a way that suits you

 

Everyone is WELCOME.  

 

As a Professional Independent Celebrant, I am not restricted in any way on the content, length or indeed venue to lead the wedding ceremony of your dreams.  When you book me I become part of your wedding team and will do everything within my power to create the ceremony you want.  After all the ceremony is the "Main event"!

 

I can include spiritual, cultural or traditional components in your ceremony.  You may wish to write your own vows & promises, I can help you with these. You are not restricted to the pre-set contractual vows that must be used in a traditional marriage service.  We can create your own very personal vows where you get to say what you want.

 

You may even choose to represent your love with a symbolic action such as "Tying the Knot" or the lighting of candles.  Did you know that the exchanging of rings is not actually part of the legal marriage, so this could be saved for your wedding celebration in front of your friends and family? 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I can conduct a ceremony anywhere you want.  As long as the legal exchange is done at a registry office (or a registered venue) the wedding ceremony can take place wherever you choose - whenever you choose.

Whether you have your ceremony at a country house or it is a more rustic event in a woodland or on a farm, I will help you (and your venue or wedding planner) to create your perfect ceremony. I can even help find a venue.

I hope that this gives you a good understanding of how I can help your wedding ceremony be exactly what you want, but of course, I am always at the end of the phone to answer any questions you have.

 

As part of my services included in all ceremonies:

  •  A face-to-face meeting, (or Skype) which normally lasts around one-two hours and can be at the venue (depending on location).  I do not ask you to fill in a form!

  •  Regular communication so that we can change and update the script to make it right.

  •  Help and advice in choosing poems, music, readings and any special ceremonial/spiritual elements.

  •  Collaboration with others such as friends/family and professionals (including the venue), to ensure your ceremony runs smoothly.  Think of us all as your Wedding Team!

  •  A very warm and professional delivery of your ceremony 

  •  A presentation copy of your script (Upgrade options available)

  •  A commemorative certificate. This can be signed by you as part of the ceremony.

  • A Rehearsal (optional extra)

 

No two weddings are the same. I will discuss your personal requirements before confirming my fee but as a guide my fees start at £600. Travel within a 25-mile radius is included. 

 

I would also recommend a rehearsal at the venue to walk through the ceremony, check timings, music cues etc.  This is your moment to be the stars of the show so let's make sure you are ready!  

 

As a professional Independent Celebrant, the service I provide for your ceremony is amazing value for money.

 

I don't just turn up 20 minutes before the ceremony to go through paperwork and I would rarely have a second booking on the same day so will not be "rushing" off to another ceremony - so if you are running late don't worry.
